An empty stretch of coast, nobody else in frame. She kneels in the wet sand, shifts onto her side, then rises to let the water reach her ankles, nude on a public beach and entirely unbothered by it. Dark hair sticks to her shoulders between takes.

Daylight does most of the work, picking out the grain of the sand against the shine on her skin. There is no undressing to speak of and no audience beyond the lens, which puts the film nearer to a set of outdoor studies than a tease. Surf carries the rest.
