A small clear toy does the work while her other hand keeps the shot roughly level, and the frame tips whenever she moves.

Vertical webcam footage like this gets by on very little: no lighting rig, just whatever the room gives, and a patterned throw bunched underneath her. Her face carries most of it, head tipped back, mouth open, not remotely concerned with composing herself. Solo play in one take, kept as it happened.
