Black boots raised beside a dark toy

Pale pillows heaped against a bed, a grey wall beyond it, and black knee-high boots with high heels. She lifts one leg slowly until the boot points at the ceiling, takes a dark toy in one hand and brings it between her thighs.

A pillow has been pushed toward the foot of the bed, close to the mattress edge, while the rest stay stacked behind her shoulders. The boots stay on her feet for the whole sequence, and no one else comes into the frame.
