Garden afternoon, a toy in hand

Iroha Suzumura sits on a red blanket in a leafy garden, a white wooden chair behind her and trees closing in at the edges of the frame. The camera stays on her as she works with a toy, daylight doing the lighting and the setting left as it is rather than dressed up.

Shot outdoors rather than in a bedroom, the scene has an open-air looseness that suits her curves. The frame stays steady and the mood stays gentle, so the grass and the sun become part of the picture. It is a quieter kind of erotic film, worth watching for the contrast between an ordinary garden and the intimacy at its centre.
