Water first, then her own hands
views
Water runs first. She stands under it long enough for her skin to shine, soaping her shoulders and chest, then letting the spray finish the job. Somewhere in the middle of washing she stops washing. One palm stays flat against wet tile, the other drifts down and settles there.
Bathrooms are unforgiving rooms to film in, all hard surfaces and bounced light, and this one is handled well: steam softening the edges of the frame, water breaking over her hips. Shot close and without commentary, it stays with the small changes in her breathing instead of cutting to anything louder.
