Karol Lilien begins in lingerie and works through it a piece at a time, blonde and barefoot, until there is nothing left to take off. She lowers herself to the floor afterwards, legs stretched long in front of her, and touches herself without altering the tempo she set while dressed.

A striptease usually lives or dies on what happens between garments, and she treats those gaps as choreography rather than dead time. Lighting is plain and even, flattering nothing in particular, and the film is stronger for it. What starts as routine ends as something closer to a decision made in her own time.
